At Vervid, we aim to deliver your favorite skincare, haircare, and lip care products quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below:


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Time & Charges

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order value and delivery location.

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹[your amount].


3. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order on our website or courier partner’s portal.


4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across India (Pan-India serviceable pin codes).

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.


5. Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping details (address, contact number, pincode) are correct at the time of checkout.

  • In case of missed/failed delivery attempts, our courier partner will re-attempt or contact you.

  • If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability, reshipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Missing Products

  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures and order details.
